User Interface Design

Screen, Dialog, Form, Report Design

My expectation:

A report presenting the user interface design, including the following:

A description accompanied by a diagram of the user interface dialog. The diagram may either be a state-transition diagram or a story board diagram.

A general explanation of the total interface including the standard chosen plus a description and design for each screen, form, report, etc.

A list of the data elements. The description of the data elements is not required at this time. The list if the starting point for developing the database and file design.

Specifications for all of the screens, dialogs, forms, and reports. The layouts of the screen, form, report designs can be on graph paper, be done with MS/ACCESS, Oracle or any other tool with which you may be familiar. Be sure to include a representation of the screen either as a drawing or a screen shot.
